Founded by Afia Sengupta, an internationally recognized investigator, former litigating attorney, and investigative journalist with nearly two decades of experience, CAT has grown into a global investigations, intelligence, and forensic firm that follows the facts wherever they lead.
Independently incorporated in New York (Americas headquarters), London (European headquarters), and Hong Kong (Asian headquarters), CAT brings together investigators and specialists with experience across crime investigations, finance, forensics, intelligence, and complex criminal matters. We work across borders and disciplines because real investigations rarely stay within one. We ask the difficult questions, follow every credible lead, and keep digging until the pieces come together.
